Head of Finance Operations, Parameta Solutions

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize finance processes, including month-end close, accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, third-party payroll, and reconciliations.
• Ensure financial controls, risk management, and regulatory compliance align with global standards and local requirements.
• Identify opportunities for efficiency gains, automation, and enhanced financial reporting capabilities.
• Work closely with global finance teams, CAO, FP&A, and commercial teams to support business strategy and operational excellence.
• Deliver accurate and timely financial reports, ensuring transparency and data-driven decision-making.
• Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance operations team in Manila, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.

Qualification & Requirements

Essential

• Proven years within a shared service and finance operations role, with recent experience in a leadership role within financial services, fintech, or data-driven businesses.
• Strong background in month-end close, financial controls, operations, compliance, and process improvement.
• Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance requirements in the Philippines and globally.
• Proven ability to manage teams, drive transformation, and influence senior stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems, automation tools, and financial reporting platforms.

Desired

• Experience working within a data, analytics, or trading-related business.
• Track record in leading process automation initiatives to improve finance operations.
• Knowledge of multi-entity, cross-border financial operations in a global organization.
• Experience managing relationships with regulators, auditors, and external stakeholders.
