Description

The objective of this role is to provide overall project management of various projects at respective AGS center level & across functions, responsible for delivering on-time, on-budget and achieving high levels of internal and external customer satisfaction for AGS.

Manager, Project/Program Management – India – AGS

Key Responsibilities

Center Project Manager

  • Planning and managing ramp up of AGS center
  • Manage and own center ramp up in coordination with AGS Global PM
  • Implement center level governance framework in close collaboration with enabling functions
  • Co-ordination with On-site stake holders, HR, IT Project team on a regular basis to ensure functioning of activities and mitigate potential risks
  • Center level projects/ program monitoring & reporting
  • Lead, execute & track center level strategic projects / initiatives to enable center maturity & sustenance
  • Collaborate with service delivery functions leaders on key stakeholder visits & preparing the storyline for effective presentations
  • Take lead in solving center level problems using Lean Six Sigma methodology and liaise with the enabling functions like HR, Finance, REFS, Communications and operation teams
  • Managing stakeholder communication across multiple lines of business on various project milestones, process changes, escalations, etc.
  • Designing and developing strong relationships with senior stakeholders at center & global Transition & Transformation team

Service Management Practices (SMP) Implementation

  • Work with Service Management Practice Leads to implement the service management practices at respective center and functions
  • Support in implementing all the AGS SMP’s, specifically – Center management, BCM, Employee experience, AGS Visitor Experience etc.
  • Identifying use cases / requirements for SMP’s, work on implementing the solutions and scaling them effectively to support AGS functions
  • Support / drive site level continuous improvement initiatives with Center Head & AGS CI team
  • Engage with functional leadership on the SMP implementation and also manage the stakeholder communication on the implementation status / challenges / success stories
  • KPI – Key Performance Indicators
    • Meet defined and agreed AGS implementation goals (i.e. – successful set-up of new AGS locations)
    • Meet metrics of cost optimizations & center level process streamlining
    • Implementation of center level governance structure in line with global AGS PM requirements
    • SMP implementation status as per plan
    • Program/Project delivery on time/on budget and at expected level of quality (e.g. planned savings realized)

Qualification & Requirements

Minimum Desirable Education:

  • University Degree, Master’s Degree preferred

Minimum Requirement:

  • 7 – 8 years of overall work experience
  • Shared service organization experience
  • PMP or equivalent trained
  • Good power point presentation preparation & delivery skills
  • Knowledge of management reporting
  • Competence required in ramp up / managing shared services
  • Global stakeholder management
  • Lean Six Sigma knowledge (minimum Yellow belt)
  • Proven track record in projects management and ability to work in a matrix organization

Desirable Experience requirement:

  • 3+ Years relevant experience PMO / transitions / project experience with process improvement mindset
  • Worked as a PMO / Projects manager in Shared Service organization
  • Lean Six Sigma Green belt certification
  • Understanding of the Healthcare industry

  • Excellent English both spoken and written
