As the Head of Global Business Services, you will be responsible for setting up and managing our Global Business Services operations. This is a brand-new role and a hugely exciting opportunity for the right candidate to come in and establish a high performing solution. You will leverage your extensive experience from large organizations to establish best practices and drive efficiency. Your role will be pivotal in balancing strategic vision with pragmatic execution to ensure rapid growth and continuous improvement in quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • GBS Setup: Establish and lead the GBS function, defining quality processes and standards.
  • Culture:Champion and nurture the established culture within the new team, hiring aligned people that bring strength and diverse skills and experience.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with internal and external (international) stakeholders to ensure alignment and support.
  • Planning: Develop and implement strategies that balance rapid growth with quality improvement.
  • Operational Excellence: Drive efficiency and effectiveness in GBS operations, leveraging best practices from large organizations.

  • Experience: Proven track record in setting up and managing GBS operations in large organizations.
  • Stakeholder Management: Excellent skills in managing relationships and expectations with diverse stakeholders.
