Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for T0 (self-service) and T1 support across all HR functions, delivering efficient, accessible information and resources that enhance the employee experience.
• People Shared Services leads continuous improvement and process innovation, utilising employee feedback and digital HR tools to drive modernisation. Additionally, the unit supports reporting, recruitment, on/offboarding and transfers creating a streamlined, adaptable HR service model that meets both current and future organisational needs.
• The Manager, People Shared Services, leads the People Shared Services team to deliver streamlined, customer-centric services that adapts to the evolving needs of the organisation.
• his role leads Tier 0 (self-service) and Tier 1 service delivery across all People and Safety functions, drives continuous process improvement projects to enhance operational efficiency, and champions the People Experience digital roadmap.
