Description
HEINEKEN Global Shared Services in Krakow provides expertise in business processes to all European Operating Companies, Head Office, and selected services to other regions’ companies of HEINEKEN. Our vision is to be HEINEKEN’s main Hub location and be a first-class business partner & guardian of HEINEKEN assets and reputation.
Key Responsibilities
- shaping and delivering organisational development and design strategy including performance management processes, workforce planning and HGSS design as per requirements of global, regional and local processes
- understanding strategy and business to enable organisational effectiveness
- driving the initiatives to strengthen the culture
- developing and executing a comprehensive change management strategy and plan, customized to the requirements
- stakeholder mapping, identifying and engaging with stakeholders at all levels in the organisation, understanding their perspectives, and ensuring their alignment with change objectives.
Qualification & Requirements
- +5 years in transformation People processes and OD experience
- excellent stakeholder management including influencing senior leaders, fostering trust and building collaborative relationships
- great communication skills and ability to work with different stakeholders and different levels of the organisation
- experience working in ambiguous or dynamic environments, demonstrating the ability to adapt to evolving conditions
- excellent written and verbal English.
