Description

The Head of Agency Sales (Agency Sales Team Lead) is responsible for developing strategy and driving revenue for a team of individual contributors. They will report into the General Manager, South Cone and serve as the advocate for their agencies both internally and externally. They will grow and develop Agency Partnerships Managers to become strategic advisors to their clients. Success in this role requires a focus on people management, project and relationship management, client education, campaign measurement, and the ability to tell a strong story that shows TikTok’s ability to drive client objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Craft overall strategy to deliver on revenue targets and steer the team to increased growth potential
  • Prioritize sales narratives that speak to the needs of the agencies
  • Deep understanding of products to drive enhancements to unlock revenue
  • Bring a consultative approach that will align around a customer first methodology
  • Provide thought-leadership and mentorship to your team on overall account planning
  • Provide best in class service to agency stakeholders
  • Develop, mentor and manage a team of individual contributors

Qualification & Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Proficient in both Spanish & English due to the business requirement in-region
  • Must be able to work out of Buenos Aires, Argentina
  • Years of direct experience in digital advertising, ad sales or media buying.
  • Experience managing a team
  • Experience building relationships with top marketing decision-makers at brands and agencies
  • Experience with agency sales cycle
  • Proactive attitude with excellent project management, organizational, and analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience managing advertisers throughout the funnel with a deep understanding of their challenges and objectives
  • Experience managing individual contributors of varying experience
  • Experience with ad verification partners (IAS, DV, MOAT)
  • Ability to roll up their sleeves and proactively troubleshoot and problem solve quickly and through the proper escalation channels
