Key Responsibilities
- As the Head of Global Mobility, you will lead the execution of our international mobility program and shape the strategy, ensuring seamless employee transitions across 50+ countries.
- Managing a team of 12 professionals, you’ll oversee all aspects of global mobility, including compliance, operational excellence, and policy deployment.
- Your role will involve execution and improvement of processes for international assignments, cross-border workers, business travel, and permanent transfers while ensuring compliance with immigration, tax, and relocation regulations.
- You’ll serve as a strategic advisor to various stakeholders, providing best-fit solutions for internal talent mobility to drive business success.
- Partnering with cross-functional teams, you’ll co-create policies that align with business objectives and enhance the employee experience.
- A key part of your role will be the daily management of external vendors, such as relocation service providers and tax consultants, to ensure cost-effective and high-quality solutions.
- Beyond operational execution, you will focus on data-driven decision-making, leveraging KPIs and performance metrics to assess program effectiveness and implement improvements.
- You’ll also foster a high-performance team culture through coaching, professional development, and collaboration.
- Your expertise will help shape a best-in-class global mobility function that supports long-term business growth and employee career development.
Qualification & Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Global Mobility roles, incl. knowledge of international tax, immigration, payroll, and compliance.
- Strong leadership skills with min. 5 years of experience leading mid-size team
- In-depth experience with mobility strategy implementation, performance and quality metrics .
- Experience in shared service center operations and process optimization.
- Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to navigate complex mobility cases with a strategic mindset.
- Proficiency in English; Polish or German is a plus.
- Willingess to travel up to 10% of time
