Description

The Lead HR Operations Analyst role provides senior level support from moderate to advanced and complex employee transactions and issues received by the HRSS (HR Shared Services) Response and Processing Centre. These are professionals who apply independent judgement to resolve dynamic problems. They drive operational excellence with optimization and efficiency across Asia Pacific countries and Japan.

Lead HR Operations Analyst – HR Shared Services

Key Responsibilities

  • As a member of the HRSS Specialist Centre, you will provide specialized knowledge and escalation support for the Response & Processing Center for interpretation and application of policies while delivering a high-quality employee experience, and cultivating a culture of customer service
  • Manage advanced and complex operational transactions and projects, including coordinating with other operational functions and third-party vendors as required
  • Lead projects involved in M&A, audits (SOX, COSO, etc.), HR process improvement and the like
  • Support other HRSS Centres to alleviate capacity for HR CoEs (Centers of Excellence) and HR Business Partners to focus on strategic work, triage as needed
  • Lead training sessions and guide the Response and Processing Centre on updating response/transaction delivery processes, including any trends or outliers emerging from case volume analysis
  • Develop and maintain HR content in self-service portal and existing documentation in accordance with policy changes/updates
  • Leverage HR Knowledgebase to ensure consistent and optimized processes, making recommendations for continuous improvement

Qualification & Requirements

  • 8+ years related work experience in an HR operations or shared service model supporting different countries with direct support to front-line employees and people leaders. Asia Pacific region, Japan or India coverage is preferred.
  • Good communication, reporting, time management, stakeholder management, problem solving, critical thinking, collaboration and customer service orientation
  • SAP/SuccessFactors knowledge, and Excel Macro / Power BI / Power Automate skills for Automation would be an asset
  • Project management and process improvement experience. Compensation & Benefits / C&B or Total Rewards background an advantage
  • Work in Makati, hybrid, between dayshift and mid-shift more frequently
