Your new employer is an international player in the field of solutions and applications for sectors such as; industry, infrastructure and construction with a trading office in the Rotterdam region. It is a large-scale family business with a long history and more than 1,000 employees. There is an accessible and helpful culture. The department where you will work as Head of Shared Service Center is driven by innovation and collaboration. You will work closely with other departments such as: Purchasing & IT. You will work in a spacious and modern company building. They have a lot of greenery. Work is from 08:00 in the morning to 17:00 in the evening. You are physically expected at the office. However, working from home is possible in consultation up to a maximum of 1 day per week.
Key Responsibilities
he Head of Shared Service Center role consists of:
- Coordinating projects within the department
- Developing & implementing new procedures
- Optimizing existing work processes
- You manage the department and are responsible for operational management
- Taking responsibility for the development of team members
- Encouraging a culture of feedback and collaboration
- You also actively participate in the process and set a good example
Qualification & Requirements
This is what we ask
- Completed HBO education in business economics or business administration or similar
- Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in a similar role
- Available for at least 32 hours
