Description
Our mission is to unlock core business value across Operating Companies (OpCos) by continuously improving cost productivity, cash-flow, quality, control environment, customer experience, and capability building. As we shift focus toward value delivery and making a tangible impact on OpCo performance, we are growing a team fully dedicated to driving this agenda.
We are now looking for a Business Value Manager, a strategic and people-oriented leader who will guide a team of specialists to identify, develop, and implement business value opportunities across finance streams.
Key Responsibilities
- Identifying and validating opportunities for business value across finance operations
- Preparing and presenting business cases for new value creation initiatives
- Coordinating implementation and tracking of approved value cases
- Transitioning new value initiatives to finance operations teams
- Managing a team of business value specialists across various finance streams
- Driving cross-functional collaboration with OpCos, GPOs, and regional stakeholders
- Aligning with regional and global priorities for efficient and accelerated delivery
- Using data and process insights to support value realization and continuous improvement
- Embedding problem-solving and CPI mindset within the team.
Qualification & Requirements
- 6-7 years of experience in finance or accounting roles
- 3+ years of experience in a people leadership position
- Strong understanding of finance processes (PtP, OtC, RtR, FP&A)
- Proven track record in delivering business value and managing change
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to influence and collaborate across complex organizational structures
- Experience with process mining or data analysis tools is a plus
- Fluent English, both written and spoken
