Infosec, Risk & Compliance Manager/Sr. Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee a comprehensive information security and compliance program aligned with industry standards.
• Lead cross-departmental collaboration to enhance security policies and practices.
• Conduct and manage IT and security audits, ensuring timely compliance with various standards.
• Direct incident response and recovery activities, minimizing impact on operations.
• Facilitate risk assessment and mitigation processes across business units.
• Design and execute business continuity drills to ensure organizational preparedness.
• Engage with senior management to report on security matters and strategize improvements.
• Liaise with external partners, including law enforcement and auditors, to maintain security posture.

Qualification & Requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field.
• 8-10 years of experience in IT infrastructure-related positions.
• 3-5 years of experience in risk management, compliance, and information security.
• Proficiency in ISO, PCI, SOX, HIPPA, and other security frameworks.
• Strong technical skills in network security, firewall management, and data information management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High personal integrity and strong leadership qualities.

Experience

• Minimum of 8-10 years in IT infrastructure.
• Minimum of 3-5 years in risk management, compliance, and information security roles.
• Experience in the BPO industry and understanding of its IT threat landscape.

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related technical field.

Competencies

• Leadership, management, and motivational skills.
• Proficiency in security frameworks and technical knowledge of network and data information management.
• Strong communication skills and vendor management experience is desirable.
• Professional security management certification is a plus.
