Description

We are looking for experienced and motivated Global Process Owner Inbound2Outbound (f/m/d/x) for deployment in Düsseldorf as soon as possible.

Key Responsibilities

  • Owns the GEA-wide end-to-end process for inbound to outbound processes as standard for all GEA plants globally
  • Lead the end-to-end process design and implementation for the I2O stream, covering warehousing and transport management.
  • Develops and defines harmonized cross GEA processes and defines variants for divisions where needed
  • Creates and leads the global process community for processes
  • Drives and tracks progress of the central workstream team and contributions from divisions and central functions
  • Leads Fit/Gap analysis, validates business requirements to roll out
  • Prepares decisions for Design Approval Board composed of C-level executives from various regions, together with respective requester
  • Defines functional and technical interfaces between his/her E2E process and other E2E process
  • Approves both functional and process designs
  • Signs off developments after unit- and integration testing
  • Ensures Lead Key User and Key User enablement by involving them in Fit/Gap-, Build-, Test- and Train-Phase
  • Defines requirements for analytics and reporting and approves implemented solutions
  • Defines data standards (master data) and data migration

Qualification & Requirements

  • University degree in Business Administration or Engineering, preferably in Manufacturing/ Logistics/SCM
  • Seasoned operations professional with significant experience in end-to-end processes in global multi-plant supply chain organization
  • Deep practical know-how of state-of-the-art process organization methods and improvement tools
  • Experience in leading significant change management processes at an international scale
  • Industrial background within a larger global professional organization with a strong emphasis on engineering excellence and innovation
  • In-depth understanding of the strategic role operations/ supply chains play within a manufacturing organization
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end process design, with a focus on logistics and supply chain optimization.
  • Profound leadership skills, ability to lead & develop internationally and/or culturally diverse teams, systematically evaluate team performance
  • Strong entrepreneurial competencies
  • Personal drive and a good balance between being a hands-on manager and the ability to think and act strategically
  • Track record of having good business sense and judgment in making decisions
  • Intercultural experience and skills
  • Strong communicator, good networker
