Description

ICX Group is seeking an Accounting Manager who will be responsible for overseeing the Operations (Shared Services) department, focusing on automation and process improvements to add efficiencies to the department.

Shared Services Accounting Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist and oversee Monthly Close process for Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
  • Manage monthly general ledger reconciliations
  • Partner with the accounting team to assist with the annual audit
  • Oversee the collections department and customers to resolve payment issues
  • Develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices for both the AP and AR department
  • Transform current AP and AR processes utilizing additional technology to address future growth aligned with business objectives
  • Ensure all vendor information is complete for 1099 processing and manage the annual 1099 reporting process.
  • Lead staff and train team to build and maintain a strong culture

Qualification & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting related discipline required
  • 5+ years of Accounting experience
  • CPA preferred
