Description
Key Responsibilities
- Responsibility for the implementation of contractually compliant and timely service provision as well as the further development of workflow solutions (based on PEGA)
- Assuming end-to-end service management responsibility for workflow solutions throughout the entire lifecycle, including technical management of a virtual service team
- Participation in the definition and further development of the service based on customer requirements and CSI measures
- Assuming budget responsibility for the service during the operational phase, including financial and investment planning and implementation of risk management
- Responsibility for service-related communication with internal and external stakeholders as well as participation in projects
Qualification & Requirements
- Completed studies or comparable training in the field of business and/or computer science
- Approximately 5 years of relevant professional experience in the IT environment as well as several years of professional leadership, service management and project management experience
- Very good commercial understanding and experience in the areas of license management, cost controlling, and quotation and calculation.
- Very good knowledge of workflow systems such as PEGA, certification as PEGA Business or System Architect is an advantage
- Good communication and leadership skills, a sense of responsibility, willingness to change, and decision-making and assertiveness
- Fluent written and spoken German skills
