Senior IT Governance Manager

Key Responsibilities

• You will assume the role of a specialist and will be able to independently manage the implementation and design of the integrated management systems.
• You analyze our systems, processes and products according to information security standards.
• You are responsible for the creation, maintenance and further development of information security policies and documents.
• They qualify and evaluate measures to meet regulatory and standard requirements and lead projects and working groups.
• You will oversee the development and continuous improvement of aggregated reporting across the UI group as well as reporting of security and governance KPIs within the UI itself.
• You will also take on topics in other disciplines such as awareness or risk management and support your team.

Qualification & Requirements

Profile description

• You have successfully completed your computer science degree or a comparable qualification, ideally with a focus on information security.

You also bring with you

• You are very familiar with classic processes such as change, configuration and incident management and can confidently identify and assess IT security issues.
• You impress with your technical background and in-depth knowledge of compliance standards for cloud services and hosting providers in the European Union, such as BSI C5, BSI IT-Grundschutz, ISO 27001, GDPR, and CSA CCM. These enable you to understand and implement complex requirements.
• Experience with international regulations such as HIPAA, BAIT/DORA and especially NIS2 is an advantage.
• You approach challenges with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, find practical solutions, and are willing to explore different paths to implement them.
• You are proactive, self-motivated and an excellent team player and are characterized by your quick comprehension and ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new topics.
• You communicate confidently and purposefully at various levels in German and English.
