Description
Do you want to work for a Global HR Services Outsourcing Company that focuses on Talent Management and Compliance?
You will work across EMEA partnering with large enterprise organisations.
Currently, their environment is quite unstructured, and they are in the process of moving to a more structured environment.
Most of the work they do is timesheet driven from their systems, 3rd Party VMS (Vendor Management Systems) and Customer Systems.
Working Pattern: Remote across the UK or Ireland
Key Responsibilities
- Leading the financial control function
- Reporting to the CTO, you will work closely with them and the senior leadership team to drive financial performance
- Help transition from their existing BPO provider to a new in-house shared service centre.
- You will then lead and develop the new financial team
- Supporting the implementation of a new end-to-end platform based on Salesforce.
- Represent finance credibly on calls with customers and at times helping sales with pitches.
Qualification & Requirements
- Fully qualified accountant
- Strong experience with ERP & financial systems, ideally Salesforce based
- Highly autonomous and self-sufficient
- Experience working in Workforce management, Employer of Records (EoRs), Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPOs) or Global Recruitment companies.
Interview Process: 3 Stages
- 1st stage: Teams Interview with the CFO
- 2nd stage: Teams Interview with the Operations Director
- 3rd stage: In-Person Interview with the CFO at a location to be decided
