Description
The Process Leader – Procure to Pay will lead our dynamic AP team located in Gurgaon, India and be responsible for overseeing the activities and resources needed to support the day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will be results-driven and have extensive experience in accounts payable operations management, with a proven track record of strong leadership, process optimization, continuous improvement and experience in a global services or centralized environment.

Qualification & Requirements
- Education: Minimum qualification B.Com, with excellent English language proficiency and communication skills
- 10+ years of relevant work experience, with at least six years in managing teams in a Procure to Pay domain.
- An excellent understanding of global/shared services setup and delivery and process transformation
- Prior experience preferred to help set up and run Global Accounts Payable or Source to Pay as a centralized function
- Proven ability to lead teams through process improvements and implementation of standardized processes
- SAP / Ariba/ OCR Technology experience strongly preferred
- Extensive in-depth understanding of End-to-End Accounts payable processes
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities with a continuous improvement mindset
- Strong leadership and team management abilities, demonstrated across diverse locations and cultures
