Key Responsibilities
Lead and Manage Local Shared Services Team:
- Provide diverse shared services such as compensation and benefits, personnel management, visa management, employee management, and vendor management according to company needs.
- Develop and optimize work systems, processes, and team capabilities.
- Be responsible for the operational quality, efficiency, and compliance of the shared services team.
Local Policy Formulation and Support:
- Participate in the formulation and continuous optimization of company policies based on local market human resource policy trends.
- Provide consultation services on Thai human resource regulations to business units to mitigate human resource risks.
- Liaise with government departments to ensure effective communication and coordination.
Qualification & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Human Resource Management.
- Outstanding leadership and team management skills, with over 5 years of experience in human resource management in large multinational companies preferred.
- Familiarity with Thai labor laws and regulations; familiarity with labor laws in at least two Southeast Asian countries preferred.
- Proficiency in compensation and benefits, personnel, visa, and vendor management; background in COE or human resource consulting preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in Thai and English, capable of business negotiations; fluency in Chinese preferred.
