Head of Chengdu Hub

Key Responsibilities

The Head of HUB oversees the organizational setup of the hub, assist with incoming transitions, and furthermore contributes to initiative which strive enhanced customer service, supports process efficiency and creates business value. As member of the Heads of Hubs community, s/he is also responsible to bring Business Operation’s organizational vision to life locally and monitor trends in the local / global GBS industry.

The Head of HUB represents the hub towards various internal stakeholders (functions and Global Business Units supported by the hub location) as well as external ones (such as shared services associations, chambers of commerce, government bodies etc.), ensuring a harmonized employee experience. Furthermore, s/he promotes Business Operations / Sanofi in the local GBS/GCC market and develops a high-performance mindset with a strong emphasis on development and engagement of its people as part of Sanofi culture.

The role ensures a consistent hub framework and strong governance. It is key to demonstrate value realization, business continuity, compliance and ensure employee engagement and being a magnet for local talent, feeding a new leadership pipeline for GBUs/GFs in MCOs and key markets.
