Description
Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager to lead our JRC Finance Shared Service Center (FSSC). This role will oversee the delivery of key FINANCE functions, ensuring efficiency, and accuracy of financial operations across the DME organization. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, an in-depth understanding of financial processes, and experience managing large, complex finance teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the JRC Shared Service Center, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
- Ensure accurate, timely, and efficient processing of financial transactions, maintaining internal controls and compliance with policies and regulations.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing team within the JRC Shared Service Center, driving performance and fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Establish clear performance expectations, set goals, and provide feedback to ensure team members’ professional development and success.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability of JRC SSC processes.
- Act as the primary liaison between the JRC Shared Service Center and internal stakeholders, such as business Finance Lead across Geos

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree or relevant certifications such as CPA, CMA, or CIMA is a plus).
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a managerial role within a Shared Service Center or finance operations environment.
- Proven experience managing teams and large-scale finance operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll.
- Strong background in process improvement, automation, and system implementations.
- Dynamics 365 experience is a plus.
- IFRS experience is a plus.
- CPA is a plus.
