Description
We are working with the Controller of a well-known Manufacturing company based in Bergen County, NJ. They are looking for a dynamic Senior Manager of Shared Services to join their team and lead both the A/P and A/R functions. This company offers a competitive salary w/ benefits including a hybrid work schedule!
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for cash disbursement and cash application for all US locations
- Drive process improvements and other strategic initiatives
- Manage Concur and travel expense system
- Manage the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable supervisors
Qualification & Requirements
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance
- 7+ years in A/P and A/R environments including 4+ years in a supervisory role
- Proven track record in a shared services environment
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
PREFERENCES:
- Exposure to SAP
- Exposure to Concur
- Experience transitioning company from conventional to shared services model
