Growing shared services center located in the heart of Midtown OKC is adding a Payroll Manager to their team. This position offers the opportunity to play a key role in managing and optimizing payroll processes for a growing organization. Payroll Supervisor/Manager/Director

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the bi-weekly payroll process for a approximately 400-500 employees using NetSuite, ensuring payroll accuracy and timeliness.
  • Process standard payroll deductions and taxes, ensuring compliance with workers’ compensation requirements, federal tax regulations, and state tax regulations.
  • Serve as the main point of contact on payroll-related matters, including resolving discrepancies or employee inquiries.
  • Handle payroll reporting and maintain accurate records for audits and internal reviews.
  • Position expected to evolve into assisting with higher-level organizational functions.

Qualification & Requirements

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of payroll experience, with a strong understanding of payroll processes, federal/state tax guidelines, and workers’ compensation reporting.
  • Familiarity with NetSuite is preferred, not required.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a payroll supervisory/managerial/director role
  • Proficiency in 401k – RRSP Administration
  • Strong knowledge of Benefit Functions
  • Experience with NetSuite
  • Ability to handle bi-Monthly Payroll
  • Possession of a Certified Payroll Detail Oriented (CPP) certification
  • Proven experience in Full Cycle Payroll
  • Experience in managing Payroll for 101 – 500 Employees
  • Familiarity with Payroll – Garnishments
  • Strong understanding of Payroll Functions
  • Proficiency in Payroll Tax Reporting
  • Good knowledge of Payroll Taxes
  • Experience in processing Biweekly Payroll
