Human Resources Shared Services Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and administration of comprehensive benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance with regulations.
  • Oversee payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance across the organization.
  • Manage the HRIS system, optimizing functionality, data accuracy, and reporting capabilities to support business needs.
  • Develop and implement compensation programs that align with market conditions and support business objectives.
  • Collaborate with the Mergers & Acquisitions team to manage HR due diligence, integration planning, and implementation during acquisitions.
  • Ensure alignment of HR policies, benefits, and compensation programs across acquired companies, while maintaining consistency and supporting cultural integration.
  • Partner with the CHRO and leadership team to develop scalable HR processes that support the company’s growth trajectory.
  • Ensure HR operations comply with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
  • Build strong relationships across departments to enhance employee experience and ensure smooth HR service delivery.
  • Develop and implement across the Company, Engagement surveys and an Employee Recognition Award System.

Qualification & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including leadership in payroll, benefits, HRIS, and compensation.
  • Experience working in a holding company or multi-entity organization with a focus on M&A integration preferred.
  • Strong understanding of employee relations and employment law.
  • Proven success in managing complex HR functions across multiple locations or entities.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing environment with evolving priorities.
