Description
Looking for an experienced HR professional to manage the shared services of a fast-growing clinical research company.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day HR operations, including payroll, benefits, and compensation.
- Act as the main point of contact for PEO relationships, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
- Oversee HRIS platforms, ensuring data integrity, security, and accuracy.
- Lead HR integrations during mergers and acquisitions.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulatory requirements.
- Provide data-driven insights to support HR and business strategy.
- Identify and implement process improvements for HR operations.
Qualification & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of HR operations, HRIS management, or shared services experience.
- Strong knowledge of payroll, benefits administration, and compensation, preferably in a PEO environment.
- Experience with HRIS platforms like ADP, Workday, or UKG.
- Understanding of employment laws (ACA, FLSA, ERISA).
- Experience with M&A HR integration is a plus.
- Strong communication, analytical, and project management skills.
