Description

As a Digital Transformation Manager based in Hyderabad, you are responsible for overseeing and optimizing global end-to-end processes across functions through technology enablement and automation. You focus on process design and standardization, change management, and ensuring alignment with strategic business outcomes. You collaborate closely with GBS & IFF leadership, develop the strategies and roadmap for the digital transformation program and ensuring compliance with organizational policies.

Key Responsibilities

Establish & Manage the Digital Transformation roadmap for a global shared services tower, including all associated end-to-end processes

  • Define and communicate a clear vision for how specific Digital Transformation activities deliver IFF’s key business objectives.
  • Develop and translate the Digital Transformation strategy into operational objectives and deliverables.
  • Monitor and report the business impact of the Digital Transformations activities, tracking against business KPIs.

Drive Transformation Improvements

  • Drive transformation initiatives with cross-functional teams including operations, IT, automations, business stakeholders and aligning with teams impacted by the transformation changes.
  • Manage project teams including internal team members and external providers to deliver process change and improvements.
  • Ensure that both the technical and change-management aspects of the Digital Transformations are successfully implemented.

Promote Digital Transformation Culture

  • Act as a key stakeholder to foster a culture which monitors and meets the needs of the business through digital transformations.
  • Build effective teams via integrating diverse talents, as well as motivating and inspiring members to excel and achieve breakthrough result.
  • Collaborate with business units, corporate functions, data owners/stewards, GBS service delivery teams and peers to ensure consistency and alignment across policy, process, and data.
  • Collaborate with the business units, corporate and Global Business Services to ensure resources are properly trained on process, policy and system.
  • Build and maintain relationships at all levels throughout the organization.
  • Manage through times of crisis and ambiguity.

Qualification & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Administration or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in delivering transformational change projects.
  • Proven track record in delivering on projects and improvement opportunities.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work across cultures and across diverse management styles.
  • Proven track record on Continuous improvement and business process management.
