GBS Controller

Key Responsibilities

• Perform budget controlling and analyze financial data from all Global Business Services (GBS) units.
• Ensure completeness of GBS charges towards group entities.
• Report GBS financial figures to the Head of GBS and Managers, including ad hoc financial analysis.
• Analyze, improve, design, and implement standardized financial processes.
• Participate in the month-end closing process, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Monitor and analyze monthly GBS financial results against the budget, identifying key insights and trends.
• Take a key role in the budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Provide financial insights to support GBS management in strategic business decisions.
• Prepare financial and business analysis, presentations, and KPI reports for senior stakeholders.
• Handle special financial tasks in an international environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualification & Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in accounting or finance
• Financial education background
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret financial data.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and experience with financial systems or ERP software.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in an international environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience within GBS/SSC/BPO sector will be an asset
• Very good communication in English (written and spoken). Any other European languages preferred
