Description

Ready to take your finance career to the next level? Join the team as a Senior Finance Manager – Reconciliations and lead, develop, and coach a team to ensure the integrity of our balance sheet. The team provides assurance to the Group Finance and Statutory Board Directors by bridging the gap between day-to-day transactional activities and high-level financial reporting, maintaining the accuracy of our financial data.

Senior Finance Manager – Reconciliations

Key Responsibilities

As our reconciliation guru, you’ll handle high-volume, low-judgment reconciliations, including bank and sales-to-cash reconciliations for the UK, ROI, and Netherlands businesses. You’ll collaborate with wider teams to streamline processes, speed up timelines, and implement the latest technology and automation.

Your mission includes developing and monitoring KPIs, signing off monthly balance sheet certifications, and ensuring the team meets all their objectives. You’ll dive into data, perform root cause analysis, and make informed decisions to keep everything running smoothly.

You’ll also be the go-to person for implementing improvements in finance systems, processes, and controls. As the point of escalation, you’ll ensure monthly reconciliations are accurate and meet set timelines, with any variances quickly resolved. Plus, you’ll create an environment that supports career development and rewards performance.

Qualification & Requirements

To excel in this role, you’ll need to be ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or CA qualified, bring solid experience working in a Finance Shared Services environment, and have a strong understanding of financial and reconciliation processes. If you’re a problem-solving whiz with an analytical approach and a talent for leading and developing teams, we want to hear from you.
