Description

Proclinical is representing a client on the lookout for an experienced Senior Manager, IT to lead the delivery, management, and support of IT solutions and services across their international offices. This role is pivotal in enhancing the digital experience for end-users and ensuring seamless IT service delivery for key business functions such as Commercial, Marketing, Medical Affairs, and G&A operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee IT onboarding and offboarding processes for international staff.
  • Conduct training sessions to improve IT user experience.
  • Manage IT vendors, contracts, and budgets, including forecasting.
  • Proactively manage international IT infrastructure and provide end-user support, including hardware and software provisioning and troubleshooting.
  • Support collaboration and content management tools.
  • Partner with the Global IT Business Partner for commercial and TechOps to deliver business-aligned IT solutions.

Qualification & Requirements

Key Skills and Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in IT solution delivery, infrastructure management, and shared services, particularly in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sectors.
  • Strong leadership skills with a history of managing global teams and driving IT transformation initiatives.
  • Expertise in vendor management, contract negotiation, and IT financial management.
  • Solid understanding of CRM systems, data integration, and digital workplace technologies.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of international commercial pharmaceutical operations.
  • Experience with cloud infrastructure and service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL).
  • Proficiency in aligning IT strategies with business objectives to deliver measurable outcomes.
