Description

As part of the SHAPE+ program, the introduction of our new SAP S/4 Hana platform for the standardization and automating finance processes, we are building a new team within the “Business Process Optimization” (BPO) department. For this, we are looking for SAP Deployment Managers. You will support all phases of the rollout/deployment such as fit-gap analysis, data mapping, data cleansing, testing, training, cut-over planning as well as go-live and hypercare and ensure the successful migration to the S/4 platform and its processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsibility for the rollout of the global SAP S/4 template to the group companies in one or more of the process areas
  • You act as a link between the central program team, the team lead deployment and the local teams of the companies
  • You are the first point of contact for all questions regarding your process area
  • Ensuring compliance with local requirements and, if necessary, extending the global template
  • Responsible implementation of all rollout phases and ensuring a successful transformation to the new S/4 platform
  • Proactive identification and resolution and, if necessary, escalation of project risks

Qualification & Requirements

  • University degree in (business) informatics, business administration or a comparable qualification
  • Very good functional SAP knowledge in one or more workstreams (OtC, PtP, RtR, CA, MDM, interfaces)
  • Experience in large R/3 or S/4 transformation projects
  • Knowledge of interfaces and mapping from source to target SAP systems
  • Several years of experience in process optimization or ERP transformation
  • Very high IT affinity, also in the area of ​​digitalization and the corresponding technologies used (e.g. RPA, NLP, OCR, BPM)
  • Experience with migration tools and project management tools such as Jira and Confluence is desirable
  • Experience with test management systems (e.g. Tricentis Tosca) desirable
  • You are a communicative, empathetic and responsible team player, motivating and with a cooperative approach to problem-solving
  • Very good German and English
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (up to 25%) and flexibility in terms of time
