Senior Manager, IT International

Key Responsibilities

• Manage IT onboarding & offboarding processes for international employees and non-employees.
• Conduct IT user experience improvement training.
• Manage IT vendors, contracts, and budget, including forecasting.
• Proactively manage International IT infrastructure and end user support including hardware, software provisioning, and troubleshooting end user issues.
• Support collaboration and content management requests and tools.
• Partner with Global IT Business Partner for commercial and TechOps to deliver business aligned IT solutions.
• Expected travel: 10%
• Onsite expectations: ~3 days per week

Qualification & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• 8+ years of related experience
• Proven experience in IT solution delivery, infrastructure management, and shared services in a pharmaceutical or healthcare environment.
• Strong leadership experience with a track record of managing global teams and driving IT transformation initiatives.
• Expertise in vendor management, contract negotiation, and IT financial management.
• Solid understanding of CRM systems, data integration, and digital workplace technologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of International Commercial pharmaceutical operations.
• Experience with Cloud infrastructure and service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL).
• Proficiency in aligning IT strategies with business objectives to deliver measurable outcomes.
