Description
Are you ready to lead a global transformation? We are looking for a strategic and dynamic leader to join our team as Vice President of Global Business Services (GBS). Reporting to our Chief Administrative Officer, this is a unique opportunity to transform our shared services function, driving efficiency, innovation and world-class experiences across our global organization.
In this high-impact role, you will oversee and optimize our Finance, Human Resources and Procurement Shared Services to ensure seamless, scalable and value-driven operations. By streamlining processes, improving service delivery and fostering strategic partnerships, you will play a pivotal role in taking our business to new levels of operational excellence.
This is a hybrid position and will require onsite presence at our Headquarters located in Perrysburg, OH or Medellín, Colombia.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement a bold, future-ready vision for our global Shared Services organisation.
- Drive transformation by standardising processes, leveraging automation and improving service delivery.
- Act as a strategic partner, working with business leaders to align shared services with business objectives.
- Lead the Global Process Owners (GPO) network, driving process excellence and best-in-class service.
- Oversee internal GBS centres in Poznan, Poland and Medellín, Colombia to ensure operational excellence.
- Champion continuous improvement, identifying and implementing initiatives that streamline operations and enhance the stakeholder experience.
Qualification & Requirements
Qualifications
- An experience leader with a track record of driving shared services transformation in a complex, global environment.
- Strong expertise in finance, HR, procurement and process improvement within a GBS or similar model.
- Proven ability to build, inspire and develop high performing teams.
- A data-driven mindset with experience of leveraging automation and technology to drive efficiencies.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and strategic partnership skills.
- A passion for creating seamless, customer-centric experiences within shared services.
