Description
2X is seeking a Director of Finance Shared Service Center to manage the global finance service center operations in Manila, reporting directly to the Global Controller in the United States. The role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a continuous improvement mindset. This is a unique opportunity to lead a high-performing team and guide the evolution of a shared services center into a global Center of Excellence, within a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
This role offers a unique opportunity to impact 2X by shaping the future of our accounting operations, ensuring alignment with global best practices and organizational goals. The Director of Finance Shared Service Center will serve as a key partner to leaders across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage service center finance operations and ensure high-quality standards.
- Drive the success of Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, cash management, and monthly close processes.
- Develop and implement standardized policies, processes, tools and technologies to optimize efficiency, and maintain process documentation and standard operating procedures.
- Drive process improvements for operational efficiencies and service excellence.
- Partner with leaders across regions to align strategies and performance metrics.
- Regularly review performance metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Build and lead a dynamic team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Mentor and develop team members by implementing training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge.
Qualification & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (CPA preferred).
- 8+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership roles.
- Proven expertise in shared services or centralized accounting environments.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to guide team on multiple tasks and deliver results according to timelines.
- Ability to think critically, solve problems, make decisions and build trust across the organization.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Self-motivated and quick to grasp new concepts.
- Experience in NetSuite is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to work on EMEA or U.S. time zone.
