Description
As Head of HR Operations (m/f/d) at Hyundai Motor Europe, you play a crucial role in a dynamic and growth-oriented company. You take responsibility for monitoring payroll and other administrative processes and thus make a significant contribution to smooth and efficient HR operations in an international environment.
Key Responsibilities
- You lead a motivated team of 4-5 colleagues who are responsible for payroll and other human resources management issues.
- You have the opportunity to design and implement an innovative shared service model for several of our European entities.
- You ensure that all payroll calculations are compliant with the law and work closely with external auditors to ensure payroll tax audits run smoothly.
- Together with the C&B team, you design and work on programs ( benefits , incentives, etc.) that are aligned with the company’s overall strategy and thus have a direct influence on employee satisfaction.
- You oversee the creation of employment contracts and employee references as well as the onboarding and offboarding of new colleagues. You ensure that all HR processes run smoothly and are continuously optimized.
Qualification & Requirements
- A successfully completed degree in human resources, finance or business administration.
- At least 8 years of professional experience in a generalist HR management role and in-depth knowledge of company pension schemes.
- Excellent Excel skills and a high affinity for data analysis.
- In-depth knowledge of remuneration systems and in-depth knowledge of German labor law.
- Manage projects in parallel and find solutions for complex, changing requirements in an international environment.
- You are fluent in German and English; other languages are a plus.
