Description

We are seeking a highly qualified HR Global Operations Leader. The HR Global Operations Leader will be responsible for supporting the Heads of Function and their leadership teams in Global HR matters. This role translates strategic and tactical business plans into Global HR plans.

Head of Global HR Pharmaceutical Operations

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and Implement People Strategy for the function: Collaborate with the Head of the function and the Leadership Team to create and execute the People strategy for Operations.
  • Talent and Succession Management: Conduct people review, design and deploy development plans, ensure succession plans for leadership and critical positions, and identify and develop functional talents at key career stages.
  • Strategic Workforce Planning and Learning Development: Lead discussions on Strategic Workforce Planning (SWP), review and update it annually, and define and implement Learning policies and objectives aligned with business needs.
  • Performance Coaching and Organizational Support: Coach and support managers and employees for performance improvement, address organizational structure issues proactively, and contribute to or lead various initiatives and projects.
  • Ambassador for Group HR Strategy, Processes, and Tools: Drive the implementation of global HR policies, directives & processes for the function
  • Global Staffing and Internal Mobility: Ensure adequate staffing for key functional roles globally by leveraging internal mobility.
  • Support Change Management: Assist in the development and execution of change management plans and processes across the function.
  • Manage: Manage the integration and transformation of new acquisitions and ventures for Roquette’s Pharmaceutical Operations business unit.

Qualification & Requirements

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Master’s degree in human resources, Business Management, or Organizational Development (preferred but not required).
  • Relevant certifications such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR, or similar HR qualifications are highly desirable.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 10-15 years’ experience in industrial, international, matrix organization.
  • Experience with acquisitions a plus.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to align HR strategies with business goals and drive organizational effectiveness.
  • Leadership: Strong leadership and management skills, capable of leading diverse teams and influencing senior leadership.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Adaptability: Ability to navigate and manage change in a dynamic, fast-paced global environment.
  • Project Management: Proficiency in managing complex projects and initiatives across various regions.
  • Travel & international travel will be required when working on projects
