Description

Manage accounting activities across Northeast Africa and the Middle East, with legal entities based in Egypt, UAE, KSA, and Lebanon. Foster strong stakeholder relationships, ensure compliance with internal and external policies, and implement best practices to enhance process efficiency and support the organization’s strategic goals.

Finance Shared Services Manager, NME

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and document SOPs and process flow charts for OTC, P2P and R2R processes.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure continuous improvement and development.
  • Ensure compliance with clients’ contractual agreements and internal policies.
  • Oversee the Record-to-Report (R2R) process, including financial reporting, reconciliations, and month-end close activities.
  • Identify and implement best practices to streamline O2C processes and improve efficiency.
  • Manage the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.
  • Oversee tax activities, including tax planning, compliance, reporting, and audit support.
  • Identify and mitigate potential tax risks.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and other departments.
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment, encouraging open communication and teamwork.

Qualification & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in accounting or finance, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems, preferably SAP.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
