Description

As Senior Project Manager HR Shared Services EMEA, you will directly report into the Director Global HR Program Management and ensure the seamless execution of the administrative and operational activities of our HR Shared Services projects in the EMEA region. Acting as the backbone of the project team, you’ll organize meetings, document key discussions, track actions and decisions, and provide vital support to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule, organize, and manage project meetings, ensuring timely preparation and distribution of agendas, materials, and clear, concise meeting minutes
  • Maintain and monitor a detailed log of project actions and decisions, ensuring follow-up and timely completion by stakeholders
  • Manage and update critical project documentation, including schedules, risk registers, and plans, while maintaining a centralized resource repository
  • Assist in preparing progress reports, dashboards, and presentations, ensuring accuracy and clarity for senior leadership
  • Track project timelines, proactively identifying potential delays or risks and escalating issues when necessary
  • Engage with stakeholders to align project objectives and maintain effective communication channels
  • Recommend and implement process and tool enhancements to improve project efficiency and transparency
  • Promote and support the adoption of project management best practices and governance standards within the team

Qualification & Requirements

  • University degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field of study
  • 5+ years of experience in a project management role, ideally in a global organization or transition project
  • Familiarity with transition projects, shared service center setups, or global transformation initiatives as well as proven ability to support multi-site, cross-cultural projects
  • Strong adaptability to changing environments, including cultural differences and shifting priorities
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software such as MS Project or Smartsheet
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating risks
  • Fluency in English and German, with strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities
  • Willingness to travel up to 15% – 20%
