Vice President of Global Business Services

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the strategic vision for the shared services organization.
• Lead and manage shared services teams to align with organizational goals.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
• Optimize budgets, resources, and vendor relationships for cost efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Act as the primary contact for strategic partners and resolve escalations.
• Lead the Global Process Owners (GPO) network and manage high-performing teams.
• Ensure efficient, consistent, and customer-focused service delivery.
• Monitor service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Provide regular performance reports to senior leadership.
• Identify and implement process improvements to reduce costs and streamline operations.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and standards.
• Proactively manage risks related to shared services operations.
• Oversee internal GBS centers in Poznan, Poland, and Medellin, Colombia.

Qualification & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in GBS or multi-functional shared services operations management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, global team environment.
• Experience in a global, multi-currency environment is preferred.

Reporting Relationships

• This position reports to the Chief Administrative Officer and works closely with GBS site leaders and the GPO network.

Travel Requirements

• Less than 20%

Salary Range

• The expected salary range for this position is between $210 K & $260 K. Additionally, this position will have the opportunity to earn 30% STI and 35% LTI. Actual pay will be adjusted based upon candidate experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
