Description

The Head of HR Shared Services is responsible for leading and managing the HR shared services function, ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of HR operations and services across the organization. This role focuses on optimizing HR processes, enhancing employee experience, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

This role is pivotal in ensuring that HR services are delivered efficiently, enhancing employee engagement, and supporting business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the HR shared services strategy aligned with organizational goals.
  • Oversee the delivery of HR services, including payroll, benefits administration, employee data management, and compliance.
  • Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and service quality.
  • Ensure adherence to labour laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Manage HR technology systems and drive automation for better service delivery.
  • Collaborate with HR business partners and stakeholders to address workforce needs.
  • Monitor and analyze HR service metrics to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Develop and mentor a high-performing HR shared services team.
  • Working Experience to work with software i.e. BDO & Keka etc.
  • Monthly MIS & Global Reporting
  • Attendance and Time office management for multiple locations etc

Qualification & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in HR operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes, policies, and labor laws.
  • Experience with HRIS and other HR technology solutions.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to drive change and implement best practices in HR service delivery.
