Description
As Business Controller Unica Datacenters you are the financial conscience and sparring partner of the regional management at a strategic, tactical and operational level with a specific focus on the projects.
Key Responsibilities
- You are responsible for project control (actuals, forecasting, financial contract and risk management) and the financial input on tenders.
- You support and advise the UDC management in optimizing (the predictability of) financial and business performance.
- You contribute to the functioning of project and business control in the field of cooperation, development, effectiveness and efficiency, also in relation to internal and external stakeholders. In addition, you provide input on strategic and financial perspective for the UDC strategy and the business plan, including with regard to working capital, turnover and margin developments.
- You execute and monitor the project, planning and control cycle;
- You provide (co-)business economic analyses and (management) reports.
- You monitor and improve (financial) project and business processes, including suggesting and implementing improvements.
- You draw up business cases, perform DCF analyses and sensitivity analyses and develop scenarios.
Qualification & Requirements
- You have completed a Master’s degree in Finance or Economics, post-master (RC) is an advantage.
- Minimum 7 years of experience as (business) and senior project controller. Experience with project companies is a must.
- Experience with BI tools and Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a plus and you are also very proficient in Excel.
- Experience in optimizing processes, preferably in a project-oriented organization (B2B).
- Experience with UAV, UAV GC and FIDIC contracts is a plus.
- Experience with project forecasting and RISMAN risk management is a plus.

- Good salary: between €5540,- and €7435,- gross per month (based on 40 hours), depending on your expertise. In addition, you will receive a bonus based on KPIs.
