Description
This is a unique opportunity for a driven finance professional to build a high performing AR team, develop processes from the ground up, and implement systems that will support the company’s ambitious growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up the Accounts Receivable function within a newly established Shared Service Centre.
- Build, lead, and develop a high-performing AR team.
- Design and implement efficient processes and controls to drive accuracy and efficiency.
- Oversee system selection and implementation to support AR operations.
- Establish strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless order-to-cash operations.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimise cash flow and reduce aged debt.
- Provide strategic insights and reporting to senior leadership on AR performance.
Qualification & Requirements
- Proven experience in setting up an Accounts Receivable function within a Shared Service Centre
- Strong track record of building and managing successful teams.
- Experience in designing and implementing AR processes and controls.
- System implementation and automation expertise
- Commercially minded with excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving business.
