Description
The Diois Community of Communes is recruiting an assistant director for its Technical Resources Center. This full-time strategic position (35 hours) offers an opportunity to lead missions essential to sustainable development and effective management of the territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervision of teams and coordination with six department managers,
- Management of human, financial and technical resources,
- Strategic and operational management of the hub’s projects,
- Communication with elected officials, partners and users,
- Participation in the steering committee to define public policies and community priorities.
Qualification & Requirements
- Expertise in technical and organizational management,
- A mastery of regulations relating to town planning, construction and public procurement,
- Skills in planning, CAD/CAM, and complex project management,
- Managerial qualities and experience: leadership, collaborative work, mediation and conflict management,
- Real analytical skills, rigor, autonomy and a spirit of initiative.
