Description
We are seeking an experienced, high impact HR Director to join our senior-level HR team. This individual will be responsible for executing ImageFIRST’s overall human resource strategy for our Shared Service, Regional Leadership and Training Centers. They will partner with our Talent, Learning & Development and Total Rewards leaders to strategically position HR initiatives including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management and associate development, while ensuring alignment with company culture and growth requirements.
Key Responsibilities
General Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Creating and implementing comprehensive HR strategies aligned with business objectives, including workforce planning, talent acquisition, and succession planning.
- Building Networks: Establishing credibility, positive relationships and influence capability with Leaders and Associates.
- Change Management: Works with Leaders and Corporate/Field HR leaders to develop and implement important company change initiatives: Be Remarkable, Leading the Way, continuous improvement, etc. across relevant client groups.
- HR Fundamentals: Current knowledge of HR people, metrics, compliance, and legal basics and deploys that knowledge effectively.
- Serves as a liaison between Associates and Management. Addressing and resolving concerns in the company as they arise, while demonstrating a level of visibility and accessibility across the three locations and reinforcing ImageFIRST’s Be Remarkable culture.
- Talent Acquisition: Overseeing recruitment and hiring processes for client base, identifying and attracting qualified candidates.
- Performance Management: Coordinating and supporting the ImageFIRST Talent Review Process and building a robust talent pipeline.
- Training & Development: Identifying and working with Learning & Development to deliver training to meet development needs. Internal and external sources.
- HR Budget Management: Lead on HR department budget and tracking, including allocating resources for recruitment, training, and employee development initiatives.

Qualification & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, HR, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 5 to 8+ years of experience in shared services or operations leadership roles, with a strong emphasis on process improvement and technology solutions.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Dayforce or similar system (configuration, implementation, and management).
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams in a high-paced, customer-centric environment.
- Exceptional project management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- HRIS certification preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with change management, particularly in digital transformation initiatives.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance for shared services functions (e.g., HR and Finance).
