Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Shared Services Director to oversee and manage our Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Credit departments.
Key Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate management of these financial operations, streamlining processes, maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and driving continuous improvements to achieve company objectives.
Qualification & Requirements
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in accounting or finance roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
- Proven experience managing Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Credit functions within a shared services environment.
- Strong knowledge of financial systems and accounting software (ERP systems).
- Familiarity with data analytics and financial reporting tools.
