Description

The Manager, People Services & WFM Function Support, manages the provision of technical support for the HCM system, addressing user issues, troubleshooting problems, and resolving system errors or bugs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the provision of technical support for the People Services system, addressing user issues, troubleshooting problems, and resolving system errors or bugs.
  • Collaborate with the IT team and vendors to plan and execute system upgrades, patches, and enhancements including testing new system functionalities and ensuring a smooth transition.
  • Work closely with the HR team and system administrators to configure the People Services system according to the organization’s requirements which may involve creating custom workflows, setting up security roles, and defining data fields.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for People Services system vendors, managing relationships, and coordinating support requests or escalations.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and recommend system enhancements or automation opportunities to streamline HR processes and increase efficiency.
  • Writes, maintains, and supports a variety of reports or queries using appropriate reporting tools. Assist in development of standard reports for ongoing customer needs.
  • Collaborates with Talent, Benefits, and other HRIS teams on a variety of projects, including pro-gram design, analysis, budgeting, and implementation of new programs.
  • Resolves problems, recommending solutions or alternate methods to meet business needs, builds efficiencies and drives optimization.
  • Recommends process improvements, innovative solutions, and ways to remain compliant with policy and legal changes.
  • Works directly with internal customers to help troubleshoot issues.
  • Identifies areas needed for extra training or communication, including system or process updates.
  • Initiates efforts and procedures to maintain data integrity, troubleshoot and recommend solutions.
  • Maintains strictest confidentiality in all work aspects and ensures continuing data integrity.
  • Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualification & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree required – preferably in the areas of computer science, information technology, soft-ware engineering, or a related field. Master’s Degree (preferred).
  • 8+ years of Experience preferably in the areas of computer science, information technology, soft-ware engineering, or a related field. Master’s Degree (preferred). Experience being part of a shared service organization.
