Description
Lead the HR Center of Excellence (CoE) by developing and executing HR strategies, policies, and frameworks that align with regional business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee HR service delivery through HR Business Partners (HRBPs) and Operations teams, ensuring HRBPs function as the key liaison who integrate CoE initiatives, shared services, and operational support to provide holistic HR solutions.
- Define and communicate the regional HR strategy, collaborating closely with Regional Management and Country HR Leads to ensure alignment with business priorities.
- Foster a strong workplace culture by promoting company values, enhancing employee engagement, and driving motivation across the organization.
- Manage employee relations by working with Country HR Leads and Legal teams to assess risks and implement effective resolution strategies.
- Develop and standardize HR policies across the region to ensure compliance with local labor laws while implementing governance structures for strong internal controls.
- Introduce technology-driven solutions to enhance the employee experience, streamline HR interactions, and improve operational efficiency across the entire employee lifecycle.
- Spearhead the transition toward a centralized/shared services HR model, continuously improving and strengthening the HR Centre of Excellence.
Qualification & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, Political Science, or a related discipline.
- At least 15 years of HR leadership experience, including 10+ years in a multinational organization.
- Deep expertise in HR operations, policies, and strategic workforce planning.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Innovative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- High ethical standards, integrity, and discretion in handling confidential matters.
- Exceptional attention to detail and analytical mindset.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
- Experience working in diverse, multicultural, and geographically dispersed environments.
