Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Monitor and report on operational performance metrics.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies to improve service quality and operational efficiency.
  • Align site goals with overall company objectives and drive initiatives to achieve them.
  • Collaborate with senior management to set and achieve long-term goals.
  • Maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers.
  • Address and resolve customer issues promptly and effectively.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Manage the site’s budget and financial performance.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement efficient practices.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and apply relevant improvements.

Qualification & Requirements

  • Education: A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (a Master’s degree is preferred).
  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years in a managerial role within shared services or a similar environment.
  • Background in HR shared services is highly preferred.

Working Conditions

  • This position may require occasional travel.
