Head of Global Finance Shared Services

Key Responsibilities

• General Ledger – Maintain accuracy in financial records, balance sheet reconciliations, and compliance with GAAP/IFRS. Support audits and financial reporting.
• Accounts Payable – Oversee vendor invoice processing, payments, and maintain vendor records.
• Accounts Receivable – Handle customer invoicing, payments, and credit control management.
• Tax Compliance – Manage direct/indirect taxes, transfer pricing, tax filings, and ensure compliance with changing regulations.
• Reporting & Month-End Close – Own financial reporting processes, monitor performance, and drive standardization.
• Internal Controls – Implement financial policies and strengthen internal controls across entities.

Qualification & Requirements

• 10+ Years’ experience in Accounting, Finance or similar fields.
• Previous Shared Service Center Leadership experience.
• Experience in building financial processes and structures P2P, R2R, OTC.
• Academic degree in Finance, Business administration, computer sciences or similar.
• Highly proactive, organized, and self-motivated to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Tech savvy and strong interest in continuously driving improvement opportunities.
• Ability to work in a high-pressured international environment.
• Fluent in English, Portuguese, any other languages are a big plus

Bonus:

• Big Pharma or CDMO experience.
• Proven experience in leading successful shared services centers.
