The client is a growing shared service company servicing a well-known hospitality business.

Finance Head – Hospitality Shared Services

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the Record-to-Report, Order-to-Cash, and Purchase-to-Pay operations.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to support organizational growth.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
  • Oversee budgeting, reporting, forecasting, and auditing.
  • Monitor and improve KPI, SLA, and oversee performance management.
  • Manage relationships with partners and stakeholders locally and globally.
  • Provide strategic recommendations to the business unit stakeholders and members of the executive management team.

Qualification & Requirements

  • A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • CPA preferred.
  • Must have Finance leadership experience at a multinational hospitality (hotel) shared service company.
  • Excited to setup the Finance shared service operations and hold a pivotal role in its growth.
  • Proven leadership skills with a strong focus on operations and business processes.
  • Ability to strategize and solve problems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage well through ambiguity and complexity.
