Description

The Content Operations Senior Expert, as part of Group Marketing Content Operations, is responsible for the development & deployment of global content operating models for our Content Studios and Content Services operations. He/She drives the continuous improvement and innovation of our global content operations and leads key initiatives such as designing and rolling out new technologies and above-market content operations service lines. He/She supports the change management, adoption and usage of global content operating models (technologies & services) to support our Strategic Business Units, Zones and Markets operationalizing their Digital Marketing strategies at scale across different brands.

Key Responsibilities

Content operations strategy and roadmap definition

  • Establish benchmarks and take a proactive leadership role to identify new opportunities & optimizations for Content Operations.
  • Proactively engage with Global Marketing Leads and other stakeholders to align the content operating model vision and strategies.

Continuous improvement and innovation

  • Serve as the point of contact for Nestlé Content Studios, Integrated Marketing Services, and Marketing Technologies teams for all Content Operations related topics.
  • Continuously evolve the Content Operating Model (process, technology, people) for Content Studios and Content Services by designing and sustaining the service lines, promoting standards, best practices, technology, KPIs, and value framework.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Technologies teams and content studio teams (with agency partners) to define and deploy marketing workflows for the content studios, including onboarding, training plan, support model and evolution roadmap.
  • Support the definition and deployment of the Content Services strategy and roadmap (e.g. CGI/Digital Twins, transcreation, media delivery, translation, librarian, Analytics).
  • Continuously evaluate new emerging technologies and address areas of innovation for effective and efficient operations.

Project Management & Governance

  • Support the governance model for Content Operations with Content Studios, NBS, Procurement and Marketing Technologies teams, define prioritization of initiatives, bring seamless processes and ways of working to improve collaboration in a complex organization.
  • Create and maintain project timelines with action plans, governance, and risks assessment for all Marketing Technologies and services initiatives. Collaborate with functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet all deliverables.
  • Conduct cross-functional meetings, facilitate workshops, and track progress on actions, follow-ups, and address any blockers while managing the escalation process.

Measurement and Adoption

  • Continuously measures Content Operations performance and adoption, leveraging key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Advocates the implementation and usage of Global Solutions and Services, shares success stories to increase adoption & satisfaction.
  • Supports Category and Zone Lead(s) in developing / implementing the Nestlé Content Operating Model, gathers their feedbacks, requests and address them.

Qualification & Requirements

  • Master’s degree, preferably Business or Marketing field.
  • Demonstrated experience managing Digital Marketing Content Operations & Production / Transcreation with strong track record, including setting up marketing technologies (8-10 years’ experience within Content Operations with leadership role in Production / Transcreation agencies).
  • High levels of proficiency and understanding of operations development methodologies, project management, process / workflow definition and Content MarTech.
  • Proven track record of taking ownership and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic & environment.
  • Strong experience in change management, ideally including internal and external stakeholders engagement.
  • Experience in effective communication & presentation at different levels within a large corporate organization incl. stakeholders management.
  • Preference to have worked in a global environment and with virtual teams.
  • Experience in coordinating internal teams and vendors work.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions in complex situations.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
  • You are proficient in English.
