Senior Financial Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Developing, setting and monitoring operational performance achievement against KPIs
• Working with team members to ensure successful achievement of objectives and developing the team’s overall capabilities and expertise
• Oversight of each team and embedding a robust and efficient control environment that ensures relevant policies are adhered to
• Ensuring bank mandate holders, bank delegated approvers and authorisation limits are held in line with approved delegation of authority
• Oversight of forecasting of Fixed Asset and depreciation
• Coordination of Fixed Asset verification process
• Ownership of the Travel and Expenses policy and oversight of the FCM process

Qualification & Requirements

Your Previous Experience Is Likely To Include….

• Significant post-qualification experience in a finance department of a commercial organisation
• Working within a managerial position in a Shared Service Centre or equivalent
• People management and financial leadership
